Thanksgiving 2022

It is Thanksgiving 2022.

The family had an early Thanksgiving lunch. We had roasted turkey, green beans, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, and corn bread stuffing. 

Because of the high cost of food this year, the turkey we cooked was smaller. Even still, it was mighty tasty. 

I hope that you and your family are having a good Thanksgiving. 

Most stores are closed for the holiday so I'm staying home for the most part.

Starting over with a fresh, new blog!

 It is November 23, 2022. The day before Thanksgiving. Today, I discovered that my old blogs have been terminated by Blogspot/Google. I made this discovery while updating my Linktree page and saw that my blog no longer loaded when I clicked on the link. As much as I lament losing 18 years of content, I am actually fine with it. This gives me a chance to start over. Fresh and clean.  The reason why I was updating my LinkTree page was that I wanted to add a link to my new HIVE Social profile. I signed up for the service as a precautionary move in the off chance that Twitter implodes after the company fired many of their engineers. I'm not leaving Twitter completely though. Easter weekend 2024

So, it looks like it's been close to two years since I posted anything here. Honestly, I have totally forgotten what my original plan was for this blog. So much has changed since that time that it's probably better to do something completely new. Let me toss around some ideas and see what I can come up with.
